Hi all,

I'm experiencing problem in starting up the SAP services in MMC as per attachment and needed advise on that. Please see below the steps that I've done.

- downloaded latest kernel available from OSS

-  stopped all sap services and oracle

- backup the original kernel from the server (exe & NTAMD64)

- uncar 3 downloaded kernel files in sequence (SAPEXE***, SAPEXEDB***, lib_dbsl***) into a newly created folder

- overwrite the kernel for both exe & NTAMD64

- started all SAP & Oracle services and encountered errors

- stopped all sap services and oracle

- replaced back  the original backup kernel folder (exe & NTAMD64)

- started all SAP & Oracle services and encountered errors as SAP could not start up

Hi Ratnajit,

The problem was resolved as it was due to the profile parameters in default.pfl.
