Error running report from server = "Unable to create report page."

Good day,
We are running Windows Server 2003 R2 SP2
STD, Bus. Objects XI 3.0 (12.0.0.683). When my developer runs his report from
his laptop using Designer the report is successful. He has created a report that
has 25 sub reports, authenticates to an AS\400 iSeries 7 system, and then
delivers a 16 page report. When we run the same report off of the Crystal
Reports server the report fails with error "Unable to create report page." I
have upgraded ODBC drivers on the server to match what he has on his laptop. We
have gone into every CMC server and made every setting "unlimited" or
numerically three times larger than the default. I have even changed the regedit
PrintJobLimit to -1 (unlimited). We are still receiving the same error on his
report off of the server.
Has anyone identified this issue in th past?

You might want to open a ticket up with IBM, it could possibly be a PTF that will need to be applied since  your OS is V7R1.

Thank you Michael.  Did you have to do the same, regarding IBM and PTF, in your environment to fix the problem?

Hi Bill,

I have not had this same issue, just an educated guess since V7R1 is fairly new. Also the fact that you have tried several other options. Had it been a printer issue I would have suggested firmware upgrade. Let me know how it turns out.
