End To End Cycle time required wrt. Emperical Benifits

Hi All,

W.R.T. to following tangible benefits from an ERP systems, in your opinion do you think that we can complete the implementation cycle in 4 weeks?

Empirical or Tangible Benefits from ERP System

1>Inventory Reduction

2>Productivity Improvement

3>Order Management Improvement

4>Financial Close Cycle time Reduction

5>IT Cost Reduction

6>Procurement Cost Reduction

7>Cash Management Improvement

8>Revenue / Profit Increase

9>Transpiration / Logistics Cost Reductions

10>Maintenance Cost Reduction

11>On-time Delivery

And if somebody can suggest more tangible benefits in terms clients bottom-line he / she is welcome to join the discussion?

The fastest implementation I have ever been a part of was 3 months. The client was installing ONLY to use SAP HR and they used the Accelerated HR Solution (which has most all pre-set config) pretty much as-is. Even with 3 months, it was tight...acquiring hardware and installing the landscape, testing and training will always take a good bit of time even when using a "canned", pre-config'd solution.

Also, as another funny story....the SMALLEST implementation I have ever been a part of was for 5...yes FIVE...users!!! It was for a small, boutique high-end retail store in Dallas and the owner had the money and wanted SAP. They had FICO, SD and MM. Pretty funny little project. 😃

I remember reading about a ONE user SAP implementation located in Germany..
