I am getting email notifications for the spaces I follow with some delay.

This issue is not happening for other notifications (e.g. new user following me).

There might be time zone difference involved. When I receive email, some of them may even seem from future.

I have changed the time zone.
Lets see how it behaves.
It is getting worst (almost 1 day) for the discussions email notification.
In addition to time zone differences (check your preferences), there's also a delay due to the lag between composition and approval by moderators.
