eClass has "permission 403 forbidden error "

Hi all,

One of our top bloggers Tammy has difficulties to open the eClass provided at that link

Could you please fix it? I slightly remember we had the same issue with another video or recording.

The only thing I can think of is that there is a problem with Windows Media Player: a reinstall might be needed.

It's running fine here. I've run the sync reports again to make sure the permissions are set correctly. It's best to play these using Internet Explorer.

Jason - this is how it looks for me in IE8

It does not work for me in IE8.  Any suggestions?

I can see the title appearing so some information is getting through.  Might be a network issue (local).

I finally got this to work on a Windows 7 machine with IE9

same network though
