Please specify the browser and version of it you are using. 

In many cases, restarting the browser should solve the issue.

It is the same old bug that was discussed here:

I use IE 9 and see the broken version, too. This is a known issue, see this thread (with a slightly different take on it):

Jason added it to the the bug-list.

There was also a workaround described by Manish, maybe you can check that for your document.
