I would like to download a document " Casebook: Tightly Integrated DB2 Backup, Recovery and cloning for SAP Environments" from the website and it is not allowing me. Can someone point me to the right weblink for this document. And also let me know if I need to have any special authentication to download it.

Yup: I just found out that URLs on the domain www.sdn.sap.com aren't working at the moment and will be restored soon.
