Discussion was rejected, why?

dont get why my discussion/question yesterday was rejected as "not b1"?

I would interpret this note as "you posted a question in the B1 space which is not related to this space. Please post in the correct space which can be found in the

Tomi, you might want to get a really good look at the SCN Index that Jurgen mentioned. E.g. your other discussion is also posted in the space called Standards. What exactly was the train of thought behind such choice of space?

Also you might want to think how to formulate the questions because even if the mentioned discussion was posted in the right place (Controlling, I imagine?) I doubt many SCN members would be able to understand the question well (is "end report" really a standard SAP term?).
