I've signed in for Devtoberfest 2021 last Friday Oct 15th, but didn't noticed yet any feedback in the Gameboard, nor I'm able to commit any PR in github for the week 2 challenge;

yes sure, I've added my user id in the Eventbrite form at registration;

hopefully the registration will take less than a week, otherwise I'll lost the Week 2 challenge...

Even without the registration badge uploaded, you haven't missed out on any of the challenges. As soon as the registration badge is applied you will retroactively see the credit for any of the contest activities you have completed before that point as well.

I'm not sure what you mean by you can't pull request. That doesn't have anything to do with the registration itself.
