deletion allowed, edit allowed, saving changes not allowed

when following the link "view my posts" on top right, under the avatar, then I have the chance to delete my blog which is under review, and also to edit my blogs which is also possible for blogs under review.

However, I can change the text, I can change the tag, but I can't save the changes

The delete button is active, but the save button is inactive, and also the button to send for review is inactive

Seems like the SAVE button should be active since it had not been reviewed yet.  So the author should be able to make changes while it is in the queue.

Not sure what the rationale for disabling would be. 

After pondering this for a while, it occurred to me that items that were reported for a specific issue would probably be locked against modification prior to moderation taking place so the reason for reporting does not disappear and confuse the poor moderator.

Just to be clear, Moshe, I am not sure it is a bug.  Given my pondering result, I think it is probably intentional.  But perhaps for those not specifically reported (newbies), it would be nice it that they could still make modifications.

Hi Michael,

What I think is an issue is the fact the you have the text UI active and you can't save. It should be grayed out as well.
