Correct procedure to suggest a new space/subspace?

What is the correct procedure to suggest a new space/subspace? I think the PLM space needs a Web UI subspace, just like there is one for CRM. I'm sorry if there is a document or FAQ that covers this, I wasn't able to find one.

Thanks but how exactly to do that without guessing their e-mail addresses? Direct messages on SCN are ruled out since they are not my connections.

I think there should be a form or something along the lines to make these kind of suggestions.

They should see this in their activity stream but I will also reach out to the SCN content strategist, Pat Flanders, to alert him to this.
