Content of SAP Note copied to a blog

Hi,

I was just browsing through the Blog section, where i came across this blog /people/raja.ramasamy2/blog/2010/10/04/how-to-configure-valuated-project-stock , The major portion of this blog is nothing but a content of an SAP note(Note 533207 - Valuated and nonvaluated project stock). i.e., sections like valuated project stock, Advantages, Disadvantages are copied from the SAP note word to word and the user contribution is only the screen shots and few lines. Is it allowed to write a blog like this?

I read the Blog general rules where it says "Always clearly distinguish between your work and someone else's." I dont see the user mentioning the SAP note number.
