Contact Us is not working

When we click on Start Chat in the new beta version. It never ends. It is blank whole time some times.

Can you please share a link to where it's happening and a screen shot of where you are clicking on as I wasn't able to see it.

Hi,

If I move the cursor to the call it is fine but the chat is not hyperlinked so when I click no operations.

It's working for me. But I have "Chat now" and you have "Chat offline". So I guess there is a connection.
