does anyone know what happened to the thread "Carreer Advice"?
I mean, it started with a rather strange question but then some discussion spun around it which was typical CC chat.
suddenly it is gone. is it really necessary to apply strict moderation to the coffe corner? and why aren't threads just locked but rather removed completely?
I do not understand that.

Hi Anton,
The thread is still here ( see /thread/935458 [original link is broken] ), or at least what is left of it is there... because:
- The poster made the mistake of asking the same question about 80 times in various forums, so became a Guest.
- Some of the replies must have invoked enough emotions for enough people using the "report abuse" button that they became invisible.
I know that moderating is very light here normally. Perhaps the CC needs a dedicated mod so that we all not only know exactly where the line is drawn here, but also how it is drawn
Perhaps PoD has an account here and would volunteer?

I'm a Moderator of the CC...But you know...Sometimes is kind of hard to know what should and what shouldn't be allowed here...Also...I didn't have enough time to check in how many forums the same question had been posted -:(
Greetings,
Blag.
and btw, what was wrong with that thread?
