'Cloud Materials Card - Get More' how to use?

Under SAP for Me portal Finance & Legal Dashboard -> Materials Card (Cloud), on the right side of a material, there is a button 'Get More'. In Help of SAP for Me, it said 'Select Request a Quote or Get More for the material you're interested in.' no details further.

What is the use of Get More button? Is it helping customer directly order cloud licenses?

My customer has this button grey out, not clickable, is it the authorization issue?

Looking forward more explanation on this function.

Dear Nicole,

by click on that you receive a form where you can select the reason of contact. It is not starting any order process but initial first steps or other destinations. You can for example choose Purchasing a SAP Solution and then select the question on the topic you have. Depending of what you select the responsible department of that area will reach out to you.

Dear Nicole,

it more or less starts a discussion in regards to what you ask. The S-user is not starting a booking of any product or material unless not confirming and getting paper to sign in. So no worry.

Dear Nicole,

we are talking about the request quote before open history view right? In that case this function allows you to purchase additional licenses of this material/product. It is a kind of self service. Please correct me if I misunderstood you. However in regards to the greyed out issue of your colleague it might indicate that he is not authorization and should contact his Super Administrator to get following missing authorization assigned:

• S4M_BUYLIC
• Display Order Information in SAP for Me

You can find your company's super user under important contacts in the dashboard card User&Contacts.

I'll hope this answers your question. If there is any ongoing problem related to this section I would kindly ask you to create a case on component XX-SER-FORME adding all relevant information as well a screenshot which indicates where you are located any error or simply making to problem more transparent for us.

Thanks Dragana. What will happen after authorized with 'Get More' and click it? Do you mean it will send a quote to SAP that sales team will start talking to customer for cloud contract? Or it can add the quantity to existing material directly? Appreciate more description of the procedure behind.
