I installed the cloud connector and was able to change the name and password to connect and disconnect without a problem.
Today i try to login in the cloud connector I get User authentication failed
I am sure that i use the correct name and password.
Can anybody tll me what's wrong and how it can be solved.
Is it possible to reset the login to Administrator and manage?
