Closing Cockpit is not Executing the Tasks Automatically as per the Scheduled start date and time

Dear Gurus,

I created a template and task list and scheduled the tasks to start at so and so date and time.

Tasks not getting kicked off automatically per the timing scheduled. However, when I execute them online, they will start the execution immediately.

My task list has programs and variants assigned.

Searched for OSS notes but could not find any relevant ones.

Please provide your inputs.
