Clicking on comment button doesn't allow me to comment. Intermittent

Seems to be an intermittent problem. Trying to comment on the blog  https://blogs.sap.com/2016/05/17/demo-sap-iq/ would not let me comment on the blog. Then I tried again with a different window same browser and could add a comment.

Hi Moshe, please make sure they are aware the problem is intermittent. I tried it once it didn't work, tried it again in another window and it worked.
