For any portal to be end user friendly, its navigation should be very easy and understandable to a common man. In this portal every time we click on any link, its opening a new tab. User get confusion having opened so many pages this way. Improvement in easy navigation is required.

I'm a little confused by what you mean when you say it's opening a new tab. When I click links in the Beta system, it loads within the same tab. Can you give an example of where you're experiencing this? Also, please let me know which browser version you're using. Thanks!

Yes, but I have to point out they are not fully seamless. I was hoping that only the first time (and automatically) would we see the cloud identity provider sign-on, and every system after that would pick up the ticket and appear integrated. Plenty of waiting time for jumping around from site to site - that is typical behavior to me.
