CK11N - Recursive BOM wrong cost estimate

I have problem with recursive material costing :

The BOM is

Header Material base Qty : 1 T

same material as component qty 0.9 T

In costing Lot size as 1 T in CK11N

System is costing material recursively and showing wrong cost estimate.

My material price is Rs. 101 per Ton.

& activity cost is 2.96

But in cost estimate system is exploding BOM recursively and showing wrong value of component price as 26.60

That's why wrong COGM value is 29.56.

But we need the value as 103.96

Hello Agam,

How did you resolve the problem.

I am having an issue with the Item category'E' (internal activity).

The time in t-code c203 is showing as duration as 125 H.

but in CK11N it is showing 034 H.

Need some urgent help on the same.

Generally when we maintain the item category as stock item in BOM then in cost estimate the loops indefinitely. When we use item category as non-stock item, then cost estimate will not loop inside the BOM. Thus we will get correct cost estimate.
