Choose your country or region settings always switch back to US

Hello,

I use Firefox for the Beta test and if I change the "Choose your country or region" setting to German, after a refresh or re-login to the site, the setting switch back to US.

Hi Dmytro,

I re-check it now and it works fine on IE, Firefox and Chrome, so I'm also no more able to reproduce it.
Looks that someone have fix already the bug.
