Hi
Recently our company changed there domain name . so my SCN email needs to be changed
I clicked on the link 'change email'. Seemed straight forward....
but the email field is locked?

go to SAP Market place Users & Authorizations | SAP Support Portal
Click there "Search and maintain users", if you have the authorization then you can do it, if you have not the authorization then you will see the names of your administrators who can do it for you

Because this is the eMail address the account was registered with it serves as a unique key so you'll need to request a change via support: sapnetwork@sap.com
