My proposal is a possibility change of user ID, for example from S-user to Public-user. When a community member changes his Company and his S-user account is locked then whole Reputation (badges, points ...) get lost.
Request clarification before answering.

If this is the universal profile or cloud id service, can we also make sure that Jam uses the same solution? Switching primary email addresses for Jam memberships when someone changes a job or has multiple logins, P-user, S-user, etc. has also been very problematic.
IMO, part of the 1DX for our ecosystem should include an more robust login process for all of our cloud solutions (but perhaps this is already in the plan).
