Change of E-Mail Address

Good day,

I would like to change my e-mail address. Currently I have an e-mail and an alternate specified. I want to get rid of the main one and then move the alternate e-mail address to the main one, but every time I do something like this, I get an error to say that the e-mail address already belongs to another user.

Any advice welcome.

You could send a mail to sdn@sap.com stating your problem. They will get it rectified.
