Hi there,
I need to change the email account of my OSS user S0003676588 since I'm no longer working for my previous company, therefore, I would like to change my mail address from: david.moreno.braojos@accenture.com to my personal one which is: david.moreno.braojos@gmail.com.
Can you please let me know the procedure to do it?

David, plain put you're royally f*d. As others noted, your S-user really belongs to the employer. So even if you change the email, they can at any time remember that you no longer work there and delete that S-user.
As of this writing, there is no way to transfer information from S-user account to another account on SCN. We've been promised this for very long time but so far there is no such option AFAIK. Since you might have lost a lot of SCN history due to migration anyway, right not might be a good time to cut the loses and start from scratch with a new personal user ID. Or pray that your S-user is not deleted before some kind of solution becomes available to migrate the account.

The S-user is associated with the company it was created for. You shouldn't really take it with you when you leave. You should have a new one created by your new employer.
If you want to maintain your SAP Community identity here independently of your employer, now would be a good time to create a personal account and use that from now on.

It's true that there is no way to transfer information from one user account to another in the SAP Community. We are working on functionality to link accounts so that a user can have their multiple information (such as reputation, etc) displayed side-by-side, but this is not released yet.
