I want to change the email id associated to my SCN account. How can this be done?

If you have an S-user ID, you can change some of your personal information here:
https://service.sap.com/~form/sapnet?_SHORTKEY=01100035870000682562&_SCENARIO=01100035870000000202
If you can't change it here, I would suggest contacting our Customer Interaction Center at http://service.sap.com/contactsap
There are phone numbers located on the online web form.
