Cannot "like" / "bookmark" any content

Hello Team,

I don't see the like/bookmark option for any SCN content (across all forums).

The relevant buttons are missing in the "Actions" block. Can you please check?

In case you are using a browser extension that is meant to block/hide ads or social buttons, try disabling that. I use Firefox and whenever something unexpected happens, I reopen Firefox in safe mode using WinKey+R > firefox -safe-mode   command just to see whether issue is because of addons.

With/without disabling addons, you can launch an inprivate/incognito window using Ctrl+Shift+P (on IE/Firefox) or Ctrl+Shift+N (Chrome) that would isolate your session cookies and let you try fresh login without deleting all cookies.

You can also check in different browsers (IE, Firefox, Chrome) and different internet connections (work,home).

If nothing works, try it on some other computer which is able to show the options for any another SCN account.

This was because of the Adblock Plus extension i am using with the Firefox browser. I have disabled ABP for SCN yesterday, but forgot to update the thread.

Some more information.

The culprit is Fanboy's Social blocking list.

Specific entry is for CSS style j-social-actions which is used by Jive/SCN.

I notified the people who maintain the list and they fixed it.

You can manually update the Fanboy's Social Blocking List. It should work fine now.

What browsers type and version are you running?  Do you get the same results if you switch browser?

As a moderator, i can confirm i am able to see "like"/"bookmark" button. These buttons are not in "Actions" tab, infact above that.

i am able to see to at all docs/blogs and discussions as well.

Can you  please check once again above the Actions.

Am not sure, whether like/books marks will be under actions category for moderators.

if in such case then that might be an issue.

No, the buttons are not there. I could see them before, but when i tried to bookmark a content i could not find the button.

IMO, this problem should not be specific to moderators.

Just now i liked and bookmarked as well. 

Can you delete cookies and try to relog .

Other wise try to login thru another browser and see.

I am using Google chrome and able to see those icons.

I can see the all buttons. As you are a moderator, I think you should talk with any other moderator for the same issue happens with them or not.
