Cannot follow a tag

I want to follow the tag: SAP BusinessObjects Predictive Analytics whose URL is: https://www.sap.com/community/tag.html?id=73555000100800000084.

Unfortunatelly the button "Follow" is greyed.

Please advise.

I can't replicate this error. When I go to the page, I am able to follow the tag without any issues.

So I'll need to ask someone to look into why this is happening just for you.

I had thought of that, but since he is an SAP employee, I assumed he would be logged in immediately.

That being said, a colleague was able to replicate -- but she could follow by logging out and logging back in again.

She also only had the problem in Chrome.

I can't follow that tag either from the place that you showed and where you link goes to.

But when I go into the first shown content and click there the tag then I can follow this tag from the next page that is displayed.

It looks like the CTP does not automatically log the user in. After an extra click on my avatar the button became active

I have noticed this too on the SAP NetWeaver tag. Depending on which "view" of the tag I'm in, I see the "unfollow" button (because I'm already following it), or I see a very confusing "follow" button that is greyed out. And, depending on how I get there, I sometimes have to "relog" by clicking again on my avatar, just as Jurgen describes.
