Hello All,
I am new to Crystal Reports. Have been editing a few reports in the past but now have to start from scratch.
We upgraded from Crystal 11 to Crystal 14 alst week and now I am not able to create new ODBC connections.
It just says 'Error 17'.
Could anyone please guide me what to look/troubleshoot for?

Hi Karan,
The generic error 17 is due to the "Server does not exist or access denied." Please ensure when you are configuring the ODBC you are using correct Driver, Server Name, and user ( which should have the access to it ).
