Hi,
I cannot create an incident on support launchpad, as a super administrator, and the support confirmed me that I'm able to report an incident.
- I have selected my system SAP BI 4.2 SP04 on my favorite system data
- I clic on button "Report an incident"
- Then on "contact SAP Support"
- Then, on the screen "Which of your systems or products is affected ?", I cannot select any system to report the incident, it says "No data"
Did I forgot to do something ?
