Recently, whenever I try to access my incidents, or report a new one, be it via a notification link in an email, or manually from support.sap.com, I get redirected to https://authn.hana.ondemand.com/saml2/sp/mds and I get a
authn.hana.ondemand.com is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500
error. This is happening on one specific PC, while other's on this network can access. I've tried different browsers, networks, restarts, windows updates, connecting with and without a VPN, using a VM, checking hosts file, disabling antivirus, firewall, using WiFi and wired... I'm kind of lost at this point. Issue started about a week ago.
