Can't stop email notifications- Help! Am not following any people or places. Plus have updated preferences and saved them multiple times.

Following a content can't be causes of email notification. Email notification is coming if you press the option 'Receive email notifications'. Please read the document
If still you are facing something peculiar, then please drop a mail to SCN Technical Support. (sapnetwork@sap.com) from your registered email id.
Thanks for the email- I have everything set correctly. Just very buggy software I guess. Will contact technical support.
