Hi,
I can't download anything from SAP support portal ..Please help

Thanks for your inquiry.
First step is to ensure that you have the Software Download authorization on your S-user ID. You can check this in my Profile to view your authorizations. If you do not have this authorization, you will need to contact your companies super-administrator to provide you with that authorization.
If you have the authorization, but are having issues with downloading software, you will need to create a message using the XX-SER-SAPSMP-SWC component. In case you have issues doing so, please contact our Customer Interaction Center department via http://service.sap.com/contactsap

Hi Nabil,
To log a message, go to http://service.sap.com/message. You will be asked to select a system to create a message.
