We needed to publish an urgent blog post but have a problem on SAP Community about writing a blog post. Because we needed urgent assistance, we contacted to phone support and customer support agent that we talked on the phone asked us to create a ticket to be able to reach to sap community administrators with high priority since the deadline was September 1. We created a ticket but as I expected they said that they can not help problems about community through tickets.
We have already sent an email regarding to this issue to community@sap.com on friday morning. Since we still did not receive any response from them so far we would appreciate your assistance regarding to speed up the process.
Thanks in advance.

Hi Burak Efe,
You mentioned in your query, "deadline was September 1" and "needed to publish an urgent blog post". These are not the process here in SAP Community for posting blogs. Here I see that no other blogs were published earlier from your User Id & also the "SAP Community Tour" Tutorial incomplete, which makes you on "Subscriber: entry Level" in terms of blog posting, so that means you can become to "Contributor Level" after completing tutorial & then you submit your blog which would go for review by Moderator. Please go through the below to understand better,
https://www.sap.com/community/resources/blogging.html
Better, I would also recommend you to go through the below tutorial to get an overview on how we act here in SAP Community, there is no Deadline Type here as we all help each other in our free time, free of cost.

Generally you should at least allow a day for the Moderators to review your Blog post. Once its reviewed you will be also notified & also in case any contradictory matters, then also you would receive review-comment from the Blog-Reviewer. Note that in case your blog goes against the "SAP Community Rules of Engagement", then also your blog does not get published. Also if you copied from some other blog or content or if there are a lot of similar contents available, then also your blog does not published. So, you see there are a lot of scenarios & conditions to check by a Blog-Reviewer before getting your blog published.
Hope you would understand the above details
Thanks,
Kaushik

Hi Burak,
A person who needs to publish a blog post should check his profile's reputation snapshot: #snapshot
If it says "Subscriber", this person needs to go through a Community Start Tutorial - https://developers.sap.com/tutorials/community-start.html
After passing it just re-login to Blogs.sap.com in order for your "Contributor" permissions to be applied.
If a snapshot already says "Contributor" - the only thing left to do is to re-login.
Best regards
Kirill.
