Regarding your Question #2 : Found this tweak, just a bit of filters etc to be added! Seems time-dependency has been removed for these dimensions : ) Goto Browse > People > Sort by Lifetime Points + Add Filter [Filter by Tag] > [Filter by Company]
Hi Arun, Wow! I hadn't thought about this. Can you believe it? Interesting, thank you so much for bringing this up! This is a fairly good workaround but right now the data is not reliable enough, it seems to depend on what people put in their profile, and not the company affiliation that is a core part of their account (e.g. email domain, user ID tied to a company). But worth looking.
The list is not available, we are working to introduce new and enhanced leaderboards later in 2012. Please read my blog that explains what changes in terms of reputation and recognition on the new SCN.
