[BUG] Tag pages: incorrect capitalization of user names

In tag pages, for example https://www.sap.com/community/tag.html?id=167431589774684563301227734202839&tag=type:question , if the user name contains non-English characters, these are displayed as capital letters:

In addition, capitalization of the first letter and small caps for the rest of the user name is forced, which is also incorrect:

In other pages ( https://answers.sap.com/tags/167431589774684563301227734202839 ) , the user name is displayed correctly:

This is a really minor bug, but still - could we, please, get consistent user names displayed in the different Q&A pages?

This is a test case that I sent to the support team for an issue with incorrect update of answers list in the user profile.

It is recorded in the ticket system as KMM1200748V73856L0KM.

If this is not a problem, I prefer to keep the example and use it from time to time to check if the issue has been solved.
