[BUG] SCN content not properly updated

Hi,

I tried answering few questions posted in the community. Though the Dashboard displays as if the answers are posted and even the count shows as 1. But I'm unable to open the content and view the same. "Page not found" error occurs.

This may be due to the the question or thread could have been deleted by questioner or moderates action.
