I have edited my question: https://answers.sap.com/questions/452837/bug-incorrect-line-breaks-in-answer-text.html to add few lines of text. After saving I see no changes added. No changes after page refresh. I also check the same question on my mobile phone - also no changes.
Then I edit it again and see the changes from my previous edit in the question text edit field. After second save I am able to see changes both on my desktop and on my mobile.
P.S. Tested the same with this question - no issues. Looks like it's related to the question with images...

May be it was some sync bug!

Hi Vadim and mike.pokraka
At this point we will be collecting further information by users reporting such incidents in order to start a deeper investigation by IT.
I hope though this incident happens less than 5% in the future. Thank you both for raising this.
Best, Mynyna

It happens from time to time... no statistics!
Likewise, it "just happens". Not often, less than 5% of cases.
I suspect the same or a related issue was at play when I went back into edit and found my images in their rightful place in this case:

I can confirm this has happened to me too.
I've seen it with edits to my answers, not questions.

Hi Vadim,
this is strange, especially as you say it was not reproducible. Sorry for the inconvenience. I will raise this with IT and let you know when I have updates.
Best regards, Mynyna
