When I press the more-button on (Q&A) tag S/4HANA it doesn’t show me more, it just adds the same questions to the list one more time:
To better allow analyzing, I have to point out that I don't like to be tracked and therefore usually block 3rd-party resources - the screenshot also shows my uMatrix-settings for this site.
Please note tha this (more-button) worked fine in the past!

I do not think that it it related to your do not track settings - this has been happening for too many members with various browser/OS combinations and settings (FWIW, I tried it on default settings for 2 browsers in a freshly installed OS).
I suspect that the reason is that they are trying to do the following when you press show more:
https://answers.sap.com/tags/73554900100800000266?page=2&pageSize=15&_=1509362380709
According to AnswerHub documentation, this is probably not correct.
I know of two workarounds to display question list beyond the 15th mark:
a) use https://www.sap.com/community/tag.html?id=73554900100800000266&tag=type:question (it does not always index properly);
b) use https://answers.sap.com/tags/73554900100800000266?sort=active&page=1&pageSize=50 (if you need more entries than 50 - increase the value of pageSize parameter in the URL and do not press the Show more button).
I hope it helps.

Hi Joachim - I think this has been reported before; however the new way to report site issues is to email sapnetwork at sap dot com - I recommend emailing that address with this issue.

Hi Tammy and Vadim [Edit: an Veselina], thank you all for your answeres!
It seems I am to far away from SAP Community allready - totally missed that bug reports should be done by e-mail now. (I guess this is in order to reduce transparency, right?:-( )
Also, I'm afraid I didn't search before I posted... *shameOnMe* ...

What do we need to do now? Clearing cache, deleting cookies?
I still have this problem under the MM tag: https://answers.sap.com/tags/477297786799213261950044802925335
