[Bug] pictures do not load for everyone

If you are also affected then you can't see the following to screenshots, which is just an evidence that there is a problem with the pictures.

This is what I currently see in Firefox, the picture does not load,

however I see it Chrome:

It didn't for me while tesing with another thread using FF.

I remember about 3 cases where people asked to add the "missing picture" while I could see it as a moderator, all where from the same week.

And if I follow the above link as a guest in incognito mode then I still cannot see the picture.

I think it is an authorization issue, once I logged in with my moderator privileges in Firefox I can see the pictures.

I couldn't see the picture in either browsers Chrome Version 54.0.2840.99 and FF 50.0! To me seems the site issue....wherein its not loaded from the server to the site properly!

I can confirm that with FireFox 50.1.0 the picture is missing!
