[BUG] phantom tag in tag queue

Hi,

check the webIDE queue, and you find a thread there where a phantom tag called "Build" shows up and which points to the universal profile of an employee (who is seen in Revisions; most likely did retagging).

If you open the thread, this tag is not visible any more

but from the "|" character one can see there "wanna be" something there. 🙂

I checked the page source to see what exactly is (or isn't there) and indeed nothing, but found another small thing that is most likely not intentional :

As if there was one extra doublequote (I don't say it is related to that phantom tag, the original issue I wanted to report is the tag problem ).

I'll need to explore whether it's a tag problem...or something else...or some combination.
