[BUG] Not able to post reply

I am not able to post reply to question, it always show internal server error (500)or unknown error(504)

tried with chrome, firefox.

trying to answer this question to add new screenshot, but no success, i have to use "edit this question" in order to add new screenshot regarding payload of the failed request
