[BUG]Navigation from Inbox to View comment

In Inbox, the link under "View full comment" doesn't open the comment text. Instead, it just navigates to the main post. This is the link I'm referring to:

For example, I open my Inbox and see someone replied to my comment on a blog (not sure if this also affects Q&A comments). I click on "View full comment" and expect to see the comment in the new tab. But instead, I just see the main blog post, not the comment.

It seems that the addition of "?url_id=text-global-profile-inbox-bg-commented" is causing the issue. If I remove this part manually, then the link correctly navigates to the specific comment, not to the main post.

Hi Caroleigh! Sorry, this is still happening. I've just checked new notifications and "View comment" still takes me to the top of the blog post instead of the specific comment. Example:

jelena.perfiljeva2 We took care of this one (and found another fringe case that we fixed while we were in there). I think that's all of them, but let me know if it happen again.

Hi Caroleigh! Sorry, this is happening again with the mentions. Example:

This link is supposed to open a specific comment but it just opens the blog. You can see the same url_id added to the link. Out of curiosity, I clicked on some of the old notifications (between now and my last comment) and they do work correctly. So it seems something went off again in between.
