[BUG] Missing delete Comment/Answer option

Second time I noticed strange bug:

After selecting Delete for Answer or Comment it's not deleted and the Delete menu item is removed!

After "status restore" I was able to delete!

Hi Vadim,

this time I could easily delete the answer even without resetting the status, so the answer is deleted. I'm sorry, I couldn't reproduce it.

However, please report in case it happens again. If I see the invalid status in our administration overview, I'll file a bug report to the vendor immediately and won't reset the status.
