[BUG] Incorrect links to comments in Activity

Today I can see the following in my Activity stream:

Comment ID is 662996

If I click on this link I will go to: https://answers.sap.com/questions/124877/bpc-10-nw-cannot-delete-dimension.html?childToView=662996#c...

Different question and different comment!

Hi Vadim,

Following up on this issue, IT detected test data in our production environment due to an error in a testing procedure. IT is working on clearing the test data from blogs, answers and notifications. However, you might still see some of the test content in the activity stream.
