recently several new MM related tags were added
People started using these tags when asking questions.
However, it looks like it is not possible to follow those tags, at least the system does not behalf consistent.
I was able to click "follow" for the tag via the EDGE browser, but in Chrome I get the beautiful gray "page not found"
I cleared the cookies and could get there with Chrome too, I followed a tag this morning but this tag is not among the followed tags in the filter.
I then cleared the cookies again, but this time I still get the "page not found"
I mentioned this already 2 days ago in a JAM group and it also turned out that people had an inconsistent behavior of even within the same browser.

I remember we had a similar issue some time ago here like https://answers.sap.com/questions/144239/why-is-asking-a-question-so-hard-required-primary.html (that time the problem was the rebranding of products that led to renaming of tags ).

Somehow this issue has vanished. We have similar self-healing processes in our company - you have for weeks a pain, then you report it and it is immediately gone and nobody had done anything.
A further issue connected to this: When I try to remove an incorrect secondary tag then I get an error for an invalid primary tag.
I recorded this in a video of 37 seconds: https://youtu.be/74JM_aelDnE
