[BUG] Commenting and answering Deleted Questions

After a question got the status "Deleted" it's still possible to comment it, answer it and put comments to others' answers and questions.

A bad implemented feature.

It shall be possible for the user to interact with the moderator by adding comments to the comments from the moderator.

The affected user has the link to his question in the notifications.

However, anybody who has the link has currently access to the question. SAP does not check any authority, whether the user is a moderator or the owner of the question.

And even worse, they still let the deleted content appear in the activity stream of non-moderators

I have a ticket KMM1028100V91703L0KM because replies to hidden comments are shown in the activities, but as you just proofed it is even worse, and I double checked and could even see the who question and all replies without even being logged in (in-private mode)

There is a discussion regarding the same problem with example and a comment by Moshe, that he will look into it and reopen some bug ticket.

Thanks Veselina! i tried to search but i got a bunch of gibberish results so i choose the lazy road and opened a new question.

i let the moderators to choose if to close this answer and group it or whatelse.

I would be surprised if there is an easy way for moderators to transfer comments between questions and blogs and it kind of makes sense to get a response for the status after 2 months..
