[Bug] Ask question functionality not working

I am not able to Ask question in community as tags are not getting loaded.
Question form is not getting submitted as Managed Tags are mandatory.

No I am not able to post a question on SAP community as Managed Tags are not getting populated.

I see above message and when I add text it doesn't accept text.
I tried to login and logout, also tried to follow topics which I want to tag but it doesn't work.

This problem is still happening. For me, the resolution was to use Edge instead of Chrome.
