Bookmarking in SCN: how limited?

The Bookmark icon, with its ability to set an SCN bookmark for a page, does not appear on every page in SCN. Is there some logic determining which SCN pages we can bookmark? If so, what is it? Which sorts of pages should we expect to be able to bookmark, and which sorts not? Why can't we SCN-bookmark just any page in SCN? I'm not asking about my brower's bookmarking feature, but about SCN's own bookmarking feature.

Hi Stephen,

You should be able to bookmark all SCN content: blogs, documents, discussion threads and polls.  Overview pages that serve as the homepage for a space cannot be bookmarked (select Follow instead).

You also need to be logged in to see and use the bookmark option.

If you see something outside what is expected, please provide the link to the content where you believe the bookmark option is missing and I'll take a look.
