Bio update not saved !!!

Hi,

I have been trying to update my personal details in the SDN site and tried many times but it never gets updated!!!!!

When saved, it shows all updated details, but when I log off and log on, all details are set back to previous details.

Can any one help me update my profile.

Hi Pavan,

Did you try again or reach out to sapnetworks@sap.com to make the updates? 

Also, what browser are you using? If ie7, try using another browser like Firefox, Chrome or Safari.

Hi - The best course of action here is to eMail support with a request to update those fields on your behalf: sapnetwork@sap.com

dear,

i have a similar issue with the first and last name in my profile -

i update them every time doing a log in.

i believe it is an old bug which is still not resolved ...
